Xbox ring of death fix

Having a 360 from launch, I have had to send them 3 units back…so far for repair.

A little tip.

If you have to send your 360 in for repair *red Ring Of Death, etc, make sure you speak to a supervisor when you call in to the 1-800-4MYXBOX number.

Let them know that you are an unhappy consumer and want to be compensated. Be polite, but insist..politely=)

They have a list of microsoft games *mainly older less than stellar games=(. They will give you a choice of the game list or an accesory…wireless controller, etc.

I hace recieved 1 game and 2 wireless controllers with the 3 systems i have had repaired.

I know its not much for the aggravation of being without you system for 3-5 weeks, but it is something.

Remember, stick to your guns when speaking to the supervisor, but be polite and nice. You indeed do catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
