Help with Xbox Red Rings Fix Problem.?

I Tried the towel trick with X360 and worked for a little less than 6 hours altogether. Then, it just stopped working. Forever. The towel trick wouldn’t work anymore and I’m starting to get extremely pissed. What do I do?

YOu shouldn’t have done the towel trick. When you do this “trick” its only a temporary fix, and because you are intentionally overheating all of the internal compenents, you risk permanent failure.

What you need to do is call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them you have the 3 red lights error. They’ll send you a box to ship your system to them, and depending on whether or not they can turn it on, they’ll fix it and send it back to you.

In the future you should avoid this and just call microsoft.
